We have been offering  yoga and soul wellness retreats in the beautiful Blue zone Nicoya Peninsula Costa Rica since 2014 .

Our Costa Rica retreats are once-in-a-lifetime holiday which give you the chance to practice yoga in a tropical paradise and to experience the rich culture and diverse wildlife of this amazing country.

As well as the opportunity to practise yoga with an experienced teacher and enjoy Ayurvedic and holistic therapies, there's a fantastic programme of optional activities to help you experience the best of Costa Rica and build great bonds with other yogis and fellow international travellers.

There are many discount flights to Costa Rica via Europe and the United States and travel from the UK is even easier (and cheaper) now that British Airways has direct flights from London Gatwick to Costa Rica .

With all year round warmth and sunshine in the Nicoya Peninsula Costa Rica making it an ideal place to visit even in the Greener season, read more about its weather on;

Both of our retreat locations in Casperia Italy and in Costa Rica are within the famous Blue Zones where people live longer than the average.

There are five places listed in the World where people live longer and healthier lives, Costa Rica with its 'Pura Vida' (pure life) philosophy is one such heavenly place

The secret seems as simple as - connection with community and family, purpose, a positive outlook ( often supported by belief in God) locomotion as in gentle regular movement like gardening, dancing, walking and of course a natural local diet.
