Bank-to-bank transfer
Please contact us and we will forward our UK or Italian bank account coordinates to you. If your bank charges a fee for international transfers, you must pay this fee in order that the full amount of your deposit or balance payment is received at our bank.
Deposit Payments
Once we receive your deposit your booking is confirmed and a receipt will be sent to you by e-mail and, if requested, by post.
We recommend paying your deposit by bank-to-bank transfer or PayPal. Bank-to-bank transfers usually take three days to clear.
If you would like to book your group retreat holiday by making a deposit or full payment over the phone, you should read the terms and conditions first. Clients booking by phone will be deemed to have accepted these terms.
Payment of the balance
For clients who have paid only the deposit, payment of the outstanding balance for your group events is due 4 weeks before arrival. We recommend banking transfers or payment or PayPal.
For extras you and your group have on the retreat such as massages, excursions or tours with local providers , we suggest to bring cash to avoid any charges, there is ATM machine in the village of Casperia.
