Please note:

For the 2024 season Sunflower Retreats is mainly facilitating retreats & events for Group leaders with their own participants therefore for individual bookings we have only two weeks in August- early September where our standard 4 night retreat will take place in Casperia, the dates you will see below.

FOUR-NIGHT - FIVE DAY BREAKS for individual bookings - CASPERIA INCLUDE.... 

• Three 90-minute morning yoga classes

• Breakfast daily - Continental breakfast on departure day

• One-hour afternoon Yin restorative & meditation class

• 3 x evening meals

• Use of our private swimming pool

• A guided walk in the Sabina mountains

• Excursion to the Sulfur water Terme & hot springs

• Wine & Olive oil tasting experience

• All-week use of bicycles

• Fresh linen and towels with a mid stay change of towels

• A shuttle service to Poggio Mirteto station at 09.00 on departure day .
