This year we celebrate the 10th anniversary of Sunflower Retreats' yoga holiday programme in Casperia: 10 years' experience offering yoga, healing treatments, activities and nature excursions at our centre in the heart of Italy, located one hour north of Rome, in the beautiful village of Casperia nestling in the Sabina Hills.

Ethical and environmental - our holidays and the community
Sunflower Retreats supports the principles of eco-tourism by integrating with, rather than changing, the unspoilt Sabina landscape and way of life. As one of the only centres in Europe to offer yoga vacations at a dedicated base all summer long, we have helped to revitalise the village of Casperia by restoring houses and supporting local businesses. Easily accessed by low-cost airlines such as Ryanair and Easyjet, and by good rail links from Rome, our base offers you the opportunity to enjoy a relaxed holiday in a village where pedestrians and cyclists take priority over cars.
Yoga and beyond
Sunflower Retreats Holidays offers daily yoga practice with a fully trained and certified yoga instructor and yoga retreats, plus a large choice of holistic therapies, saunas, spas, hot springs and thermal baths. You can also choose from a wide range of additional vacation activities including walking, trekking, horse riding and cycling, plus sightseeing excursions in the mountains and towns of Italy.
