Coastal Yoga Retreats IN Sperlonga, ITALY
We'll be running four yoga and soul wellness retreat weeks in June this year; the third year that we've been lapping up the sun in Sperlonga - a charming hillside village of whitewashed houses on the sunny Mediterranean coast of Italy.
Sperlonga is convenient to reach from Rome or Naples airports, both of which offer plenty of low-cost flight options.
Our coastal yoga retreats cost from £650 to £1,250 and include eight yoga classes, accommodation, towels and beach towels, breakfasts and a welcome italian aperitivobuffet on arrival day and the last evening of the retreat week, but not flights and connections.
Yoga Classes by the Sea
Our coastal yoga retreats in Sperlonga include five morning yoga sessions of 90-minutes and three afternoon classes. Morning sessions take place either on the medieval Truglia tower, beside the sea, or on a terrace inside the hilltop village with sea and mountain views. You will breathe the clean sea air into your lungs and enjoy views of the endless sea and horizon. Some morning classes may be held on the sheltered beach overlooking the Mediterranean sea, close to where we serve breakfast .
The afternoon yoga and meditation classes are held on a terrace in the hilltop village which has views of the sea.
Non-practitioners of yoga, travelling with another guest, can opt-out of yoga classes and will receive a £100 discount.
Amy Williams, from the UK, joins our team to teach our first two weeks in Sperlonga.
Amy is an experienced yoga teacher, massage and holistic therapist. And with a love for mantra and chanting, she will be happy to introduce you to the magical world of sound as a tool for creating a deeper, more connected meditation practise. Most of all, she believes in fun.

Mara Blackburn, from the UK, will lead our Sperlon.ga yoga retreats for the last two weeks in June
Among her skills are: Power Yoga/Vinyasa flow; a strength based practice to warm up the body and improve blood flow which is typically practiced in the morning to invigorate and remove fatigue.

Mara also practices Ayurvedic Marma Massage and is a qualified holistic practioner.
