Yoga Teacher Training Courses To Become A Yoga Teacher

We now offer yoga teacher training for those who would like to become a Yoga Teacher. The only criteria to being accepted on the course is that you would have been practicing yoga for at least two year.

We deliver comprehensive two-year, part-time, Yoga Teacher training courses, leading to the Friends of Yoga Society's International Teaching Diploma. Friends of Yoga is an international school registered with Yoga Alliance.

The course will be taught in English by Lucy Bremner - an accredited Friends of Yoga Teacher Training Tutor - and will cover the whole range of yoga; physical, mental, ethical, philosophical and spiritual aspects. The practical stages of the course will take place in Italy over several weekends throughout the two years. Theory and practical assessments take place at the end of the course and must be completed within the two year period.

In a recent press release, Lucy explained that she felt the fast track yoga certification courses which are popular cannot possibly cover the entire scope of the study of yoga.  She also mentioned that studying yoga is a life journey full of personal healing experiences and for anyone going through the course, therefore taking a longer period of time to absorb this vast and ancient science was more beneficial to the learner.
