Weekend workshops are offered on some of our holidays weeks and are an optional extra, but cannot be booked independently of a holiday.

Laughter Yoga with Carrie Graham

4th & 5th September - One 2-hour session each day

Carrie Graham

Carrie Graham is an Emotional Freedom Therapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming coach specialising in health and wellbeing. She became a Laughter Yoga leader 6 years ago after realising that laughter helped her balance her somewhat serious outlook on life. So, now she is serious about laughing and works with individuals and groups to help them lighten up their lives - physically, mentally emotionally using laughter.

These workshops will help you explore laughter - the physical, mental, emotional & spiritual benefits of laughter. We'll use real laughter & pretend laughter to help you discover the essence of unconditional laughter. This is laughter that does not rely on a sense of humour, jokes, a happy mood or good company.

Laughter Yoga with Carrie Graham

The first workshop will begin the journey with an exploration of your beliefs about laughing & laughter, some of the benefits of laughing and lots of laughing - real and pretend. This is followed by a laughter meditation and visualisation to help you to relax and unwind.

The second workshop will help you continue the exploration of unconditioned laughing and rediscovering your inner 'laughing place'.

These workshops will help you relax and unwind to get the very best from your time at the retreat.
