Laughter Yoga - until you have experienced it, you don't know what you're missing! Carrie Graham is an experienced Laughter Yoga teacher and Neuro-Linguistic Programming coach specialising in health and wellbeing. She became a Laughter Yoga leader 6 years ago after realising that laughter helped her balance her somewhat serious outlook on life. So, now she is serious about laughing and works with individuals and groups to help them lighten up their lives - physically, mentally and emotionally - using laughter.
These workshops will help you explore the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits of laughter. We'll use real and pretend laughter to help you discover the essence of unconditional laughter. This is laughter that does not rely on a sense of humour, jokes, a happy mood or good company.
