We offer all guests one FREE one-hour afternoon yoga class each week in 2008.

Booking Your Holiday
Reservations are only held for 48 hours.
To book your holiday complete the Booking Form and make a deposit payment of £100 per person/per week.
The balance of your payment is due three weeks before the start of your holiday.
Deposit and balance payments may be made by cheque payable to "Sunflower Retreats" or by credit (not debit) card by calling 0116 259 9422 or filling in the details on the Booking Form. There is a 2.5% surcharge for credit card payments.
For last minute bookings payment of the outstanding balance is due on arrival in Italy and can be made in cash (£ or €) or by credit card (subject to a 2.5% surcharge).
Cash can be withdrawn from the local Cashpoint but please be aware that there is only one Cashpoint in Casperia and it cannot be guaranteed to work all the time, so bring enough cash with you.
IMPORTANT
Don't forget your PIN number! We do not accept cheques in Italy.

If you are considering bringing your children to your yoga holiday, we can arrange self-catering accommodation for you in the village of Casperia. To increase your enjoyment of this retreat holiday it is recommended that you have your own transport, to give you flexibility of scheduling.
Unfortunately, there are no baby-sitting facilities available in Casperia.

Travel Information Casperia is located approximately an hour and a half from Rome's airports.
Travel from Fiumicino Airport (Leonardo Da Vinci) airport.
A frequent direct train runs from the airport to nearby Poggio Mirteto Scalo and costs approximately £3. (Trains running to Orte also stop at this station.) Your ticket entiles you to use the local bus service from Poggio Mirteto Scalo station to Casperia. Please be quick as you leave the train, to avoid missing the bus.
Travel from Ciampino airport
Low-cost carriers sell tickets on-board for the coach from Ciampino to the city centre which will drop you beside Roma Termini station.From there, travel to Tiburtina station (4 stops) on the Metro 'B' line. Don't forget to punch your ticket before you board.Take the train from Tiburtina as far as Poggio Mirteto Scalo on the Orte line, then the free bus (as above) to Casperia.
Passengers can also be collected at Ciampino airport at a cost of £30 per person/minimum 2 people. Please ring or fax 0044 (0)116 2599422 or email sunflowerretreats@tiscalinet.it one week before, with your flight arrival date and time and number of passengers. We will confirm your reservation.
We can also collect guests from Poggio Mirteto station at a cost of £10 per person, provided they call us before boarding the train or leave a message on one of our Casperia numbers; 333 549 7777 or 339 704 3595 (mobile) or 0765 639015 (office).
Directions by car:
From Rome airports, take the GRA (Rome orbital) following signs for Firenze A1. Take the A1 motorway north towards Firenze for 40Km. Exit at Ponzano S. Oreste - a small toll is payable. Follow the signs to Cantalupo (12Km) then to Casperia (5Km).
Late arrivals
We recommend that you plan your journey to arrive in Casperia before 5pm.
If you are delayed or you need to arrive later than 5pm, it is important to call us on (0039) 0765 639015 or (0039) 339 704 3595 either before or on the day of arrival, to tell us what time you expect to arrive.
