A fantastic holiday, everything was bliss.

What a memorable week we have spent in the tranquility of Casperia. The locals have been fantastic. We have just loved being so close to nature and in the village... what a lovely place to call home for a while.

I used to think traditional Spain was the most beautiful place in Europe. Now I know that it is really Casperia. Thank you for making this possible

We will always remember this wonderful holiday - the village, the yoga, the grappa!, and most of all the people - some of the friendliest we have ever met.

What a delightful week…good for the body, good for the soul. We are going home refreshed, stupendous views & stolen figs. Very memorable.

Casperia is a delightful place. From sitting on the balcony in Casa Latini looking at the beautiful sunset beyond the horizon, to hearing the gentle sounds in the village in the morning...this is such a peaceful place.

The Yoga and treatments were so good, your holiday has been a real rejuvenation to me.

A real spiritual setting in the wonderful mountains. Casperia has everything; solitude, quiet, friendship and loads of fun. Fresh food and wine plentiful. Yoga was just an added bonus!!

Casperia is a wonderful place to get away from it all! After doing yoga for a few years, its only now that I realise what it is all about. Hope to come back sometime.

When I found Sunflower Retreats on the internet ( I could not find it on a map ) I wondered, where in the world am I going? Now I know it is heaven on earth.

This has been the most magical and fulfilling holiday I have ever given myself. I have learnt the true essence of yoga.The group this week has also made it for me.
