Delighted at our experience with awesome international group, excellent mix of yoga, nature, cooking and friendship.

Staff are wonderful and we had a great trip. Be prepared to work hard if you want or totally relax.

Thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Personal highlights were morning yoga on the outdoor deck, listening to birdsong and watching the sunlight filter through the canopy. That and all the delicious meals out and in.

Just wanted to say thanks for a great holiday. The yoga was suitably relaxing and challenging at the same time and managed to cater for a complete beginner and a non-beginner in the same class which was fantastic.....it will certain enrich my practice at home and improve my posture!

The excursions were enjoyable and the accommodation was beautiful (certainly felt like we had the best staying at Casa Latini with that amazing view). We met some wonderful like minded people and would unhesitatingly recommend Sunflower to anyone - I don't think I've ever had such a chilled out holiday!

what an amazing week! Even in the rain Casperia has been utterly enchanting. Rest and nourishment for the mind, body and spirit. The yoga teacher and therapists are wonderful and all the other staff efficient friendly and lovely. And an amazing group too.

I had a really great time here. Much to learn in a wonderful setting.

I feel holistically renewed and energised after a fabulous week-as a beginner of yoga. I've gotten off to a great start with Gabrielle's wonderful classes. Highly recommended guided walk - refreshing, tranquil forest trail, also treatments are all great. All the therapists are holistic, well qualified and in tune with what your body needs on the day.

Also had a great craic at the cookery class. The hosts are very welcoming, so go with your gut feeling and try out what takes your fancy - this is my recommendation.

Thanks to all who have contributed to a fabulous break - great bunch of people, beautiful accommodation and brilliant yoga.

Anyone feeling stressed should try the restorative yoga session and Shaitsu massage - enjoy!

Wonderful accommodation in Casa Latini cave. Best views of the Italian countryside. The weather could not have been better - cold days and warm nights.
Yoga with Gabrielle was wonderful; so patient and knowlegable.

Came here on our honeymoon. The countryside is really stunning. Gabrielle is a brilliant teacher - she knows her stuff. Make sure you try the Tiramisu in Friends Cafč.

The holiday has exceeded all expectations of the real Italy: From the cobbled steps, the aromas of cooking in the streets, to the vine groves below in the countryside, loved it and will return again and again.

We were stunned on arrival, of beauty that greeted us.

A fantastic holiday, everything was bliss.

What a memorable week we have spent in the tranquility of Casperia. The locals have been fantastic. We have just loved being so close to nature and in the village... what a lovely place to call home for a while.

I used to think traditional Spain was the most beautiful place in Europe. Now I know that it is really Casperia. Thank you for making this possible

We will always remember this wonderful holiday - the village, the yoga, the grappa!, and most of all the people - some of the friendliest we have ever met.

What a delightful week…good for the body, good for the soul. We are going home refreshed, stupendous views & stolen figs. Very memorable.

Casperia is a delightful place. From sitting on the balcony in Casa Latini looking at the beautiful sunset beyond the horizon, to hearing the gentle sounds in the village in the morning...this is such a peaceful place.

The Yoga and treatments were so good, your holiday has been a real rejuvenation to me.

When I found Sunflower Retreats on the internet ( I could not find it on a map ) I wondered, where in the world am I going? Now I know it is heaven on earth.
