How To Book Your Holiday

Holidays can be booked either through our online booking and payment system or booking office, using the Booking Form.
Credit card, debit card and online payments are subject to a 2.5% surcharge.

Online Booking and Payment

The fastest and most convenient way to book your holiday is to book and pay in full, using your credit card, debit card or PayPal, through our secure online booking system by clicking the week you want on the calendar on the Dates page ».

We do not take online bookings for holidays of less than a week or offer refunds for unused parts of weeks. Please read the section below for breaks of six nights or less.

Booking Your Holiday Through Our Booking Office

There is a €10 Booking Fee for all bookings made through our booking office.
Please contact us to check availability and reserve your holiday.
Reservations will be held for up to 48 hours, until we receive your deposit or balance payment.
To confirm a reservation, please complete the Online Booking Form or print-out a paper Booking Form and fax it, post it or scan and email it to us. Please specify on your Booking Form, one of the following 5 methods of payment and whether you are paying the deposit only or the full balance.

Holidays are priced in Euros.

Methods of Payment

• Credit or debit card: Complete our booking form with your credit card details and fax it to our booking office, or contact us by telephone.
  Credit and debit card bookings will be processed in Italy, in Euros, using the exchange rate of the day and are subject to a 2.5% surcharge which will be added to your balance payment.
• PayPal: If you have specified PayPal, after receiving your booking form we will send a PayPal invoice to your E-mail address. Bookings made through our office using PayPal will be subject to a 2.5% surcharge.
• Bank-to-bank transfer: Please contact us and we will forward our bank account coordinates to you.
  If your bank charges a fee for international transfers, you must pay the fee in order that the full amount of your deposit or balance payment is paid to our Italy bank account.
• Sterling cheques: Please enclose a cheque payable to 'Sunflower Retreats Holidays' and post it to our Italy booking address at the foot of this page. Sterling cheque payments are not accepted for deposit payments only for payments in full

Deposit Payments

A non-refundable deposit of €150 per person is payable for holidays booked through our office. Once we receive your deposit your booking is confirmed and a receipt will be sent to you by e-mail and, if requested, by post. We recommend paying your deposit by bank-to-bank transfer, credit card or PayPal. Bank-to-bank transfers usually take 3 days to clear .

If you would like to book your holiday by making a deposit or full payment over the phone, you should read the terms and conditions first. Guests booking by phone will be deemed to have accepted these terms.

Payment Of The Balance

For clients who have paid only the deposit, payment of the outstanding balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. We recommend banking transfers or payment by credit card or PayPal. All credit card and PayPal payments are subject to a 2.5% surcharge which is payable when your balance payment is made.

For guests booking a holiday using a Sterling pound cheque to pay the balance, the Sterling/Euro exchange on the day booking is made will be used. Please note that balance payments made by UK Sterling pound cheque encounter delays.

For last-minute bookings only, the balance payment can be made upon arrival in Italy in cash (Sterling, Euros or Dollars) or by credit card

Important: We do not accept cheques in Italy.

• As the village of Casperia is small, the local bank's cash machine does not always work. We strongly recommend all customers to settle their payment before the start of their holiday or to bring Travellers Cheques or enough cash (in € or £) to settle it on arrival.
• Remember that you will need your PIN number!

Payment For Extras

Extras such as transport, excursions, one-to-one therapies and lessons will be payable at the end of your holiday and are paid using Visa, Mastercard or cash, in either Euros or Sterling.

Terms and Conditions

Please read the terms and conditions, particularly in regard to cancellation, before booking your holiday.

Holidays of less than six nights and long weekends

Sometimes, holidays of between three and five nights, and long weekends, may also be possible. Prices are pro rata. Please contact our booking office and we will try to accommodate you. We recommend that short holidays start on a Thursday to take full advantage of the holiday itinerary.

Bed & Breakfast

We offer Bed & Breakfast at our accommodation in Casperia on weeks when we are not running yoga holidays. Please check our schedule and call our office to ask about availability.

Families with children

If you are considering bringing your children to your yoga holiday, we can arrange self-catering accommodation for you in the village of Casperia. To increase your enjoyment of this retreat holiday it is recommended that you have your own transport, to give you flexibility of scheduling.
Unfortunately, there are no baby-sitting facilities available in Casperia.

Mobility

Due to the amount of steps in the village of Casperia, our holidays are not suitable for those with disabilities affecting their mobility.
